About LinkBacksThere is a store in Ogden, Utah who is claiming that Madvapes just sells what they call "Throwoffs" I guess they mean throwbacks. I'd just like to say I've been buying from Madvapes & other online vendors since I started vaping & I've had nothing but good experiences. Madvapes has sent me a lot of vape stuff & I have never had a problem with their quality. These guys are claiming anything with a blue light is a "throwoff". They are also selling ejuice 10ml for $14.99 a bottle & the tank like Madvapes has been selling for $9.99 for $25.00. I'd say they're the ripoffs & I'd like to tell them to Shut their Pie Hole!! Madvapes has given me great CS, quality items & the best shipping time I've got from anyone!

I don't know the name of it, I was just told about it. It's the only store in Ogden, Utah. I wish I could name it & shame it, it pisses me off!!

I ordered my first $9.99 tank from MV early Friday morning within two hours I had a tracking number. I dropped the $3 extra for priority shipping and got it yesterday (Monday). That is crazy fast. I'm now taking orders for my next purchase from four other people. That tank rocks, I've can't put it down. I've seen the same tank selling for $22 at a lounge as well. Not in Utah.....

I hope it's not Electronicstix 'cause I like them too but I know they're in Ogden. Don't know why they'd choose to comment on Madvapes. They don't sell much of the same shit and they're a long ways from Utah (they're in NC).
Gotta say that I've been ordering from Mark and the fine folks at Madvapes since I started vaping and consider them one of the top three venders there is. Those guys have gone out of their way to make me happy more than once.
Vaping a lot less than I did in February of 2010. No nic since July 2011... Vaping more now since I got an e-pipe.

Since you were "just told about it" by someone and have no first-hand knowledge of this "bashing", it seems irresponsible to go spreading it around. JMHO.

No, it's in Weber County. I refereed a friend to madvapes & she's been getting all her stuff from them, then this Vape store opened & she went to check it out. She found their prices to be high & told them she could get the same thing from Madvapes at half the cost. That's when they started telling her Madvapes had throwoff ecigs. She called me and told me about it. Can't these Stores compete without having to bash online vendors? Apparently not. I'll get the name of the Store & let you know.

Brick and mortar stores are always going to have higher prices than online. There are more costs involved in running a retail store front. Jess runs into this all the time. They need to promote the good things of the retail location and why the prices are higher. The shipping has already been paid for, you get to leave with your item right away, you get to check out the item in person before buying, and you get to talk to someone directly to help you out (assuming they know what the fuck they are talking about).
Their approach of bashing online is the wrong way.
