In the pics the owner sent, the screen is red. I'm sure I'm going to like it, it's just the damn waiting now....

I'm kinda bummed you cannot get the blue screen anymore, that sure does make it look nice.
The black textured V1 with extension cap usually goes for around 160 shipped. 230 is a bit high since you can get a brand new V2 with blue display, extension cap and batterys for about 200 shipped. For 230 you could get all of that i mentioned plus in chrome. The black textured was Provari's original finish when it came out . Provape will have more blue display vari's in within the month . I let go of my black chrome provari when i got my mini for 150 shipped with extension cap and a battery.

Either way though you will love the Provari . Theres no better mod on the market imo. If you use DC's though the V2 will be great for you so you dont get E2 errors . The V2 upgrades it from 2.5A to 3.5A

Haha! Yeah it's been interesting with that birthday. Way back in high school my friends had a tradition of taking each other out to dinner. Mine was at the truck stop as it was the only place open.

I'm also going to get a buzzpro, but I want a blue one and they were not available on the site. Oh well, maybe next month.
$230? I think you got cheated because you could of got the chrome ProVari V2 with blue led, 18650 extension cap and the extended warranty for about $230. I did.

Your welcome! I have 2 buzz pros and 1 Provari. The Provari is just a regular v2.

Buzz one is purple with a 901 cap for dripping

The other is my baby. It's Rootbeer in color and engraved. I call it my beer buzz

I think both devices are good mods. I do want to point out some things I wished were addressed in the design of the buzz. One is there is not a thermal shutdown protection so when the button rears its ugly head it and sticks on it will stay under load. The other is the way the Buzz pro connector top is made in such a fashion that you have a screw underneath that attaches the hot wire to another screw with gaskets/oring that must be maintained for tightness to keep the juice from drowning the electronics due to flooded carto's. Again they are both fine devices but I look at the whole device from an engineering/design aspect. Each has to form their needs and proceed from there.
