My concern is just what you posted had a cartomizer leak and when I cleaned up my Buzz Pro I looked at it from the engineering stand point and I can see a future problem area so sealed connector is going on today. I'm trying to be proactive here and avoid a problem should that screw loosen up from normal use.

Blueaussie I appreciated your comments and wondered from an engineering standpoint what PVs do you like best?

Really, had they had green option I would have chosen that instead of my purple. Do you want to trade

The Buzz does have thermal shutdown internally on the IC , No device I know of has battery over heating thermal shutdown If that is what you are referring to ?
If the button sticks the IC would have to over heat, we are looking at a timed shut of device for the future.

There is a o ring under the screw and washer that seals the top cap , If it is loose yes juice can get in there BUT we seal the PCB with an acrylic sealer as well.

    FYI

    Provari has two thermal shutdowns

    16 Second Cutoff
If the button is held down for 16 seconds or longer, the ProVari will shut itself off until the button is released.
If you forget to turn it off before storing it in your pocket or bag, this protects you and prevents the device from activating.

    Thermal Monitoring
Shuts the device off if it detects a high temperature condition.
Once the device cools off, it will resume normal operation.

If this error occurs the ProVari will alert you by displaying E3 on the digital display.
Fix: Let the device cool off for several minutes before using again.
(This is a very rare event and something you will most likely never see.)

Yeah, I was going to say that neither my original Buzz (808/901 cap) nor my Buzz Pro (510) nor my Infinity Pro (510) have ever leaked juice inside. I have been pretty sloppy with them too.

Vaping a lot less than I did in February of 2010. No nic since July 2011... Vaping more now since I got an e-pipe.

Yes, we have done as many customs as we have stock designs. There is an additional $5 fee for us to do custom work and when you are ready you just need to shoot an email to info @ phiniac.com (just remove the spaces) For the most part we get them out the next day, however we have had a few busy days recently so contacting us 2 - 3 days before you want it shipped is helpful.
Awesome,I will be getting a custom design when the time comes then .Thanks . Do i need to send a picture or something of the design ?
