Cool Capevette's take on the MAP Tank Mod or CV's version of LoL

I've been trying to get my hands on a MAP Tank since they came out. I tried all the version of the E2 carto's and have like 4 1/2 boxes that have been sitting around not being used. They just didn't perform quite the way I would like, a wicking issue. The idea of the MAP tank looked liked this may be a way to loosen up the area where the wicking threads come into the coil area. i wanted to try it out, always sold out when I would get the notice there in stock again.
I work at Lowes in the hardware dept., and have found a few items that gave me an idea and a quick way to throw together a simple version of it.

    Parts
    2 rubber grommets 5/8"OD x 5/16ID found in drawer K4 at lowes
1 10ml juice bottle both ends cut off
1 std E2 R4 carto cut 1/4" from connector with a mini pipe cutter

Take bottom half of carto push into grommet till threads of connector fully show and carefully push into juice bottle sleeve till grommet is flush. Fill with favorite juice till it's just under the upper part of the carto where the threads enter the coil. Now take the upper part of the E2 carto pop out the white top and carefully push the inner silicon part down towards the bottom leave about an 1/8th " This is important so it won't leak out the top insert this into the other grommet and slowly push into the top of the juice bottle sleeve and line up the so the threads and coil part insert into the top half pop on a drip tip and screw onto your favorite PV. You are now ready to vape. Pics to come soon. Took me less than 5 min make, and less then a $1 in parts
Vapes like crazy @ 3.7v not sure of the ohms on these E2's but @ 6v blahh burnt taste right away. Switched back to 3.7v no burnt taste right away. Unit sat full over night on my Silver Bullet and this morning no leaks at all.

    CV,
Man I wish you had mentioned this earlier because remember all those E2 cartoz we both ordered and hated? Well, I gave them all away to friends and family because I couldn't stand the chemical burnt taste.

Maybe you should start selling these on the side, I will buy a couple for sure so put me down for some.

Thanks for sharing with us and let me know bro!!

Hey I work at lowes too. I'm gonna pick me up some of those grommets. It's crazy walking down the aisles at work especially in plumbing just thinking of new mods to build and what you can create. Gonna try this tommorow.
