    Default Rough Stack!

After a friend convinced me to quit smoking and try out vaping, (Hes been doing it for a couple months now) I looked into custom mods for a couple weeks to find the right one. I came across the rough stack and being in the Army I needed something small, long lasting and durable. After having the rough stack for 7 days now I have to say that it was everything I was looking for and more. If I was to ever lose my rough stack I would not look anywhere else, I would order another one without thinking about it. It is just plain and simple a wonderful mod. Thank you MadVapes for ending my 15 years of smoking (7 days now without one single urge to light up).

Also can anyone tell me which switches the Roughstack uses so i can order one just in case it ever fails, I don't want to have to go 1 day without my new little buddy. Is the switch that comes stock the only one that will fit? Was wondering if there was a stiffer switch or a click switch that will fit without soldering, if not can i get a part number for the original? Thank you for your time.

Hey O3LG, It's me again with another RoughStack question. I hope it's okay to seek your advise. Since you did extensive testing with it, who better than you to ask. Which 18650 3000mah batteries did you buy for it. Did you try the Hi-Drain type. I was told that the hi-drain will perform at 3.7v untill they die and not loose voltage as the standard Li-ION 18650's.

also breakthru dont be afraid to pm me i got nothing but time and am always willing to help fellow vapors when ever i can. also i just remebered this but you can (though i wouldnt recomend it) take the 18350s that run at 3.7v and run you maxi roughstack at 7.4 volts. To me that just seems insane and like a major atty killer. i really dont think there is a atty or carto that can handle 7.4v and if there is i dont know if its worth the trade offs.

HV attie or carto's in the 4-4.5ohm range work great at 7.4v
IMR 18650's (Hi Drain) are good if your using LR atties/carto's they handle the amp drain they are typically in the 1400-1600mah range
Side note most laptop batteries typically die because the circuitry quits and the batts inside are still good. I've been taking some apart and recovering the "Panasonic IMR 18650's" inside these are 4400mah laptop batts and they contain 6x 18650's inside.
